John K. Lanzer
John brings with him 10 years of industry experience, certifications and educational background. His certifications include being an A+ Certified Computer Technician, Certified Novell Administrator – CNA, and a Network + Certified Technician. By offering clients the highest level of customer service, John is confident that the relationship between him and his clients will last a lifetime. His passion for providing professional informational technology services is obvious to any client. He cares about developing a relationship with his clients so that when one makes a call, they are happy to reach the same person every time.
Jonathan Habers
Having the desire to provide professional informational technology services is not all that is required. In the world today, clients need to be assured of one’s ability, experience and education. Jonathan comes equipped with the knowledge, expertise and background to ensure clients that he is able and ready to solve their problems. His Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York and years of experience of being a Network and Systems Administrator with numerous large companies allows Jonathan to bring that experience to every client. His desire to solve problems, help clients and train them in using applications creates the way for a very happy, satisfied client.
Michael Colombo
Believing his job is not only fixing computers and offering technical support, but helping build a relationship between himself, customers and clients. Michael is A+ certified and also has been trained for the Net + and Sec + certifications. Expanding his passion to continue learning he is currently pursuing degrees in computer engineering and networking technologies. His overall goal is to provide top notch technical support and be someone that his clients can come to and trust.
